That was the week that was!

Do you every wonder where the time goes? Well that's what's great about the blog - you just read the diary back over and enter it onto the blog in an interesting fashion to make it look like you've been busy. In fact we have been quite busy since the last entry.
Last Sunday we had lunch and tea over at the in-laws which was nice coz we got to catch up with Jess's Granny, Ione - a 92 year old wonder-woman. God Bless you!
Monday was a flop day. On Tuesday we hit the library so the kids could change their books as part of the Summer reading scheme - GREAT IDEA! In the afternoon we dropped the kids off with G'ma & G'pa until Wednesday tea-time. MAGIC!! Jess and I went to look for tiles for the boys bathroom (which only took 20mins) and then we went home and I stripped some wallpaper while she prepared dinner. In the evening we made the most of it and went to see 'The Dark Knight' at the cinema - WOW! What a great movie and a post-humous Oscar would be well-deserved for the late Heath Ledger.
After a gentle lie-in and croissants on Wednesday morning we tidied up the house, cleaned out the gutters, before doing some gardening and the Tesco run.
